Anli Partners has recently added four experts to join its team as partners, among whom Zhang Fenghe, Liu Yi will join its Beijing office; Xiao Xiangyuan will join its Shanghai office; and Yang Wenjing will join its Kunming office.
Zhang specializes in corporate restructuring and M&A, commercial litigation and arbitration, and overseas investment. Prior to joining Anli, he worked at Lee & Ko.
Liu has long focused on legal services related to investment, M&A, development and compliance in the new energy and real estate sectors. Before joining Anli, he practiced at King & Wood Mallesons.
Xiao’s professional fields include overseas investment and M&A, compliance risk management for enterprise overseas expansion, supervision and investigation, as well as AI and legal technology. Prior to joining Anli, he worked at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
Yang excels in bank and finance, corporate governance and other general corporate legal matters, as well as litigation and arbitration related to the aforementioned practices. Before joining Anli, she practiced at Allbright Law Offices.
Anli stated in a press release that the addition of the four partners will significantly strengthen its national service network and cross-regional collaboration capabilities. Relying on an efficient internal mechanism, the firm will provide seamless "one-stop" legal services to clients across China and even globally.
