Cheng Xuefeng

Major in Industrial Design, Northeast Forestry University. His professional fields are trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, anti-unfair competition, and other intellectual property law practice.

Consultant Cheng Xuefeng has been engaged in the confirmation of intellectual property rights, infringement protection, and team management since 1998. He is familiar with the current situation of intellectual property protection in China and is good at formulating all-around intellectual property protection strategies from administrative rights acquisition, and rights protection to judicial litigation. For more than 20 years, consultant Cheng Xuefeng has handled or guided a large number of various types of intellectual property cases, especially these complicated and difficult administrative or non-litigation cases in the field of trademarks and patents. Most of his clients are Fortune 500 companies at home and abroad, including Microsoft, Cisco, Honeywell, HP, 3M, Garrett, Nike, etc. His fast feedback and professional style have gained a wide range of customers. Consultant Cheng Xuefeng is currently a member of the China Trademark Association, secretary-general of the Intellectual Property Protection Center of the Chinese Culture Promotion Association, and director of the Intellectual Property Protection Center of the China Westward Journey Culture Research Association.

Liu Jianmin

Bachelor of Laws, Peking University. The professional fields are patent application, licensing, assignment, dispute, reexamination, trademark application registration, opposition, dispute, administrative litigation, trademark, patent, and copyright infringement cases.

Consultant Liu Jianmin is proficient in relevant laws, regulations, and international treaties on intellectual property rights. He is familiar with many domestic and foreign corporate brands and the case-handling procedures of domestic administrative law enforcement agencies and courts. He has established close cooperative relations, among which there are many Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, Honeywell, DuPont, Volkswagen, and Nike. Consultant Liu Jianmin is currently a member of the China Trademark Association, an arbitrator of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, an arbitrator of the Harbin Arbitration Commission, a director of the Intellectual Property Research Association of Peking University Law School, a special tutor of the Beijing Intellectual Property Law Society and general secretary of the Intellectual Property Protection Center of the Chinese Culture Promotion Association, deputy director of Intellectual Property Protection Office of Journey to the West Culture Research Association.

Consultant Lu Fang has been engaged in the intellectual property industry for many years. She has rich experience in agency practice and is familiar with the intellectual property laws and regulations of China and many overseas countries and regions. She has successively issued trademark overseas layout plans and intellectual property protection plans for many multinational companies, government agencies, and large state-owned enterprises.
